American manufacturer GrovTec has released a new way to upgrade AR-pattern rifles and PCCs by adding quick-detach mounting points without disassembling the firearm.

The Tri-Base Buffer Tube Sling Mount installs quickly and easily on any mil-spec buffer tube with the included hex key and requires no disassembly of the firearm.  Without needing to replace the receiver end plate or fight with staked castle nuts, this latest innovation from GrovTec adds three full-rotation, quick-detach mounting points to the firearm.
Type III hard black anodizing protects the 6061 aluminum and matches your buffer tube/receiver extension.  With the rise in popularity of braces and pistol stabilizing devices GrovTec’s solution also adds excellent utility to compact firearms such as AK pistols, rifle-caliber pistols, and submachine-gun builds by adding a critical point of attachment for slings.
