Bump Stocks Banned

The Bump Stock Ban — which takes effect on Tuesday, March 26th — enacted by the Trump Administration to reclassify bump stock devices as machine guns, and
therefore subject to regulation as part of the Gun Control Act of 1968.

The transfer or possession of bump stocks has become prohibited under this new amendment to the law, subject to penalty of up to 10 years in federal prison and $250,000 in fines for each violation.
