Time for that rubber-band gun training course. Firearms, clearly, are not for everyone, although they have a right to them; proper , safe use just defies the ability of some. FORTUNATELY, at most defensive shooting distances, use of sights can prove to be unnecessary ( near contact distance , for example ). Seriously, file the inside of the barrel? Sounds like a spoof.
Someone needs a knowledgeable friend. Before *someone* gets hurt.
