Gear Advice

Looking to get a new pack and wanted some advice/opinions.

A friend has a Kifaru E&E that I really like. He speaks highly of it.

Another option that looks promising is the Grey Ghost Gear Lightweight Assault Pack.

The Tactical Tailor Removable Operator Pack is another option.

I’m looking for something in a backpack style, small and compact. Around 1,000 – 1,300 cubic inches.

Any recommendations?

    I like a pack with internal structure and a separate compartment for my sleeping gear that can act as its own stuff-sack, and a couple external pockets, so I wound up with a medium-sized Deuter Futura 32 for the bug-out-bags. I also wanted something that was discreet in a suburban setting, instead of military or camouflage-looking…
