The MilSpec Definition

In the first of a series on the AR-15 platform for American Rifleman, Cameron Hopkins answers the question ‘Can a civilian AR rifle be classified as MilSpec?’. Hopkins covers the issue fully, and taught me a few things.  I am eager to read the next installment in the series, covering lower-budget ARs.
